Made by Pacific Accessory (http://pac-audio.com/). Supposedly plugs into the existing unit's XM radio connector. I don't have XM, but you could piggyback if you did. Haven't got it yet, but its been around for years and supposedly very good. I'm just not looking fwd to opening up my dash.

PAC AAI-NIS2. The models are specific to the car make/model.
